Application

The SMD placement machine can carry out mount technique on square PCB board, round PCB board, aluminum substrate and strip lights. The finished products can be used in producing resistor-capacitor, glass cylinder package diode, triode, TQFP package, QFN package, QFP package, BGA package, lamp pole etc.

Computer control system
The SMD placement machine is generally equipped with computer monitor and mouse. It supports XP and Windows 7. It enables visual programming and PCB file import because of the humanized operating system.

Automatic PCB loader
The SMD placement machine can directly put the printing finished PCB board onto the track to realize automatic board loading, aiming and placing and mounting. It supports multi-feeders: maximum 64 feeders. The size of standard IC tray, tube feeder, stick feeder can be adjustable.

Synchronous identification by six sets of cameras
The SMD placement machine is equipped with 8 cameras: one MARK, one high precision camera and 6 high-speed cameras. It can realize 6-head synchronous identification to ensure the speed and precision of mounting. The standard configuration is 16 JUKI high precision suction nozzles.

Servo system
The SMD placement machine is equipped with servo system imported from Panasonic, Japan with high precision and stability to ensure 24-hour stable mounting.

Chain
It adopts high pressure resistant and wear-proof drag chain which is the same type as the one of imported machines. The drag chain can bear thousands of times of proof pressure.

Track
It adopts high precision track from TBI Taiwan which has low noise and high precision to ensure the accuracy rate of BGA chips.

Conveyor
This SMD placement machine can be automatically connected to conveyor which can transport the PCB board to the SMD reflow soldering machine without manual assistant, thus saving labor cost.

Features

The SMT placement machine has the following features:
1. The biggest highlight of this machine is the professional 5 mega-pixel camera for chip mounting; it can realize effective mounting of chips of which the lead pitch is more than 0.3mm and the center distance is more than 0.5mm in an area of 40*40mm with a success rate of greater than 98%.
2. The SMT placement machine is equipped with additional 6 high-speed cameras which can realize 6-head synchronous identification. This can greatly improve mounting efficiency which is doubled on the original basis.
